Here you will find one Phoody’s journey through the maze of flavors life has to offer. Wether you consider yourself a spicy phoody; a savory phoody; or even the occasional sweet phoody – I will bring spices that will make your eyes water with joy, sweets that will bring out your inner “child in a candy store,” and savory aromas thought only possible at your Gran’s house…until now.

This adventure captures my personal culinary experiments. Like all experiments, many end in victory while some go up in smoke. This is a view of what I experience…one bite at a time.
