Dear Phoodies –

Words have truly escaped me this week. I have felt devastation, frustration, fear, anger, hate, defiance, pride and love intensely over the past few days. Social Media and news media have become a bombardment of hate, fear, and politics. I truly feel like Brick from the movie Anchorman screaming, “LOUD NOISES!” unable to rationalize anything, almost scared to leave my house.

I could write about my opinions (of which I have many), but I will not add to the current flames. I will simply urge everyone to spread love. Stop trying to find the lines that divide us, and begin to appreciate each others’ differences; because the differences are truly what make life worth living.
