Today, I’m featuring a fresh and flavorful drink, perfect for the start of summer! The cucumber and mint flavor refresh the palate, and the cranberry and lime keep the party going. This concoction will have you feeling good in no time.

Ingredients:

  • 3 ounces cucumber infused vodka (absolute has a limited edition Texas vodka that is infused with cucumber and Serrano pepper…it was amazing in this drink)
  • 1 ounce simple syrup (make your own by heating 2 parts sugar to 1 part water)
  • 3 ounces cranberry juice
  • One inch slice of cucumber
  • 3-4 leaves fresh mint
  • Juice of one lime
Mixing instructions:
1. In a mixer, muddle all of the ingredients until the cucumber and mint are well mashed. You can use a blender if you choose.
2. Shake with ice.
3. Strain well over ice filled tumbler. Garnish with cucumber round and fresh mint leaves.
